Overall probably the best value to quality ratio I experienced in the South of France. May not have the boutique feel of some hotels but you know what you are getting, clean, reliable and professional. Tiffany on the front desk was really excellent and welcoming with loads of tips and suggestions on where to eat/stay - many hotels/front desk in the South of France can be indifferent but it makes a big difference. Another of her colleagues whose name escapes me was also very helpful. Early check-in was nice and appreciated too. Certainly cheaper places but I found this much better than the Golden Tulip which we stayed in the night before and definitely worth the extra money. Pro tip - skip breakfast which is a bit pricey and visit Biba for an amazing brunch or Paninoteca for an amazing deli focaccia sandwich.

Location of the hotel, breakfast and restaurant was perfect. For us, due to my wife's disease, the gluten free choices in breakfast buffet and restaurant worth mentioning. We have no problem in communication in English with the receptionists, they speak very well English. One of the receptionist lady (whom I am so sorry not to take her name) was very helpful in understanding our areas of interest and advising accordingly some places in Marseille. The size of the room was very sufficient (even more than our expectations) with a large bathroom and very efficiently working shower (except the shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner trio set which was not working properly and it must be rethought to use a bar soap in a city which is famous with their soaps).

It’s a really lovely hotel, smells wonderful! and most of the staff are wonderful, just one or two a little aloof at breakfast. The pool is great, the breakfast is brilliant, and has something for everyone, all diets. Would be a ten but for the lifts frequently being out of service and having to walk up 3 flights to the pool on our last day, as well as a weird lack of toilet paper in the room. They didn’t leave a spare roll ever, and we nearly ran out by this morning with a family of three staying in one room.

Well-located hotel in the old port, close to restaurants and shops. The decor was modern and comfy. The room was large with a nice view of the Citadel. The room was very clean and comfy. Bathroom was fine - we had a shower - big fluffy towels. The pool area was lovely after walking around town. The decking area could do with a refurb but it was fine. Lots of beach towels but the bar area was closed as it was off-season. The breakfast buffet was decent. Nothing spectacular but good.

From the check in to the end of our trip, the Radisson Blu staff were, friendly, courteous and so kind! I have a mobility disability which gives me a hunch back and few walking steps. The staff helped with transportation, restaurant choices and instructions on things to see and do that I could accomplish with my wonderful wife’s help. This is a 5 Star hotel for us. The Quai 7 restaurant offers a great breakfast and a Bloody Mary, when required. No regrets!
